The Laboratory Dr. Lörcher Tested the New WL5 Firewall The well-known laboratory Dr. Lörcher conducted a two month intensive test on the new WL5 Firewall. The machine was contaminated with extremely high amounts of bacteria such as pseudomonas, legionella and e.coli. The laboratory established an extraordinary reduction rate of 99.999999% (8 log reduction), which is a unique result for a test conducted on a water dispenser. The test result is a very important tool for the German sales team to emphasise hygiene security and proving to customers this important unique selling point (USP) of Waterlogic. It was a great event anchored by some fun and relevant training provided by BATS (Bay Area Theater Sports). This was the first time when it was possible for all the Sales Representatives from across the country to come together to share best practices, get to know each other a little better and create teams of mentors for new Representatives in the field. Contributor: Mike Dillion, Vice President of Sales, Waterlogic USA New COO Germany & CEO Austria The tightly packed agenda included presentations from ice machine vendors, the global marketing team and the announcement of their transition to the Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management). To cap off the one and a half day event, Brian Kushner who is the Sales Representative in Washington DC signed a web lead for 22 new units. This nicely demonstrated the team’s name of ‘Growth For Years’ and moved the team a little closer to the new 400/15 goal (400 units placed every month) for end of year.Contributor: Mike Dillion, Vice President of Sales, Waterlogic USA Debbie Jackson National Sales Manager 145 Tower Drive Burr Ridge, Il 60527 fax: 630-468-2166 mob: 708-278-6071 [email protected] Aging Care Connections is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Doepke, owner of Home Helpers of Hinsdale, as president of its board of directors. Ron Bandyk, owner of The Grout Medic of West/Southwest Chicagoland, helped lead the inaugural effort in 2013 and The Grout Medic has raised over $4,800 for breast cancer research over the last two years. When asked about this year’s effort, Bandyk said “We’re happy that in this, our third year, we have the largest group participating yet. More participation will provide more opportunities to bring awareness to this issue while allowing us to raise even more money for this worthwhile cause”. For the month of October, Bandyk and his Grout Medic collogues around the country will be wearing special pink shirts to further highlight their efforts and aid in raising awareness. ” Over the past several years, efforts to raise awareness have been gaining steam and statistics show that survival rates are improving. Almost everyone knows of a family member, friend, or coworker who has been touched by this disease. These improvements are believed to be the result of earlier detection through screening and increased awareness, as well as improved treatment resulting from additional research. We are happy to, in some small way, further this effort.” For every job booked in October, participating Grout Medic franchises will contribute $5 or more to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation® (BCRF). BCRF is the highest rated breast cancer organization in the country. It has earned an “A+” rating from Charity Watch and is the only breast cancer organization to receive this accolade. BCRF also has been recognized by Charity Navigator with its highest rating of 4 stars 13 times since 2002. Currently, $0.91 of every dollar spent by BCRF is directed toward breast cancer research and awareness programs.
