Recently the US sales team got together for the third annual sales meeting, aka Coolerpalooza. It was a great event anchored by some fun and relevant training provided by BATS (Bay Area Theater Sports). This was the first time when it was possible for all the Sales Representatives from across the country to come together to share best practices, get to know each other a little better and create teams of mentors for new Representatives in the field.

The tightly packed agenda included presentations from ice machine vendors, the global marketing team and the announcement of their transition to the Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management). To cap off the one and a half day event, Brian Kushner who is the Sales Representative in Washington DC signed a web lead for 22 new units.
