How will you greet your customers or guests today?
When you do that how will they feel about it? Will they respond positively to it or will they feel ignored and poorly treated? It all begins with our attitude. We are told that we have about five seconds to create a positive impression with our customers. What might impact that impression? A personal inventory is a great place to begin, as we start our day. How do we feel? How was the drive in to work…positive or frustrating? Are we tense and tired or have we already had a negative experience with someone? Just be sure to leave negative emotions or thoughts outside when you go to work. And remember, you are in the customer service business. Enjoy your day today!
