This article by Tim really hits home. Having been depressed when Denny died mostly what I needed at first was to be left alone. But then I needed to be around people. Just remember grief and depression do NOT need to be hugged as hugging means stop being this way and we are not always ready to stop. Be there with a kind word, supporting and loving and that was the best for me. Each of us is different. Thank you Tim.
